First of all get yourself more established at your company and obtain your certificate (working at GE?) and secure your green card if you don't possess one yet. Is it possible to get your parents to come to help you out with your kid? Should you eventually desire to go back to work in China, it will be better off to be sent as an expat. with your roots are still here. I am afraid to say that you may be too young to go back and too old to find a desirable job there. Sorry for my frankness and it is only my very humble opinion serving as a "brick" to bring in many "jades."
