A multinational company, which is a leading player in the publishing industry, produces publications to HR, tax and legal professionals.
The company is looking for some Key Account Manager based in Beijing.
Here is the main responsibility:
- Achieve sales targets with a designated group of clients
- Gives feedback to the Sales Manager from clients
- Targets and approaches clients
- Helps to build and train the China Sales team
- Provides sales reports and attends sales meetings
- Ensures client requests are properly followed up
- Informs the Sales Manager of requirements for custom publishing
- Keeps up to date with changes in the market and potential new clients
Requirement:
- An individual who has good interpersonal and negotiating skills and communicates well
- Can work well with the sales team and has good sales experience
- Preferably has a sales track record with a foreign company in China
- Has a strong sales network
- Assertive, driven, and enjoy selling
- High sense of urgency, works effectively
- Hands on attitude
- Service delivery focus/attitude
- Good spoken English
