Engineering of Search Engine
Annual Salary: Be Comparable with US Pay
Candidate should possess the following attributes as a minimum
requirement:
Deep understanding of the search area, including core
technology, business models and the search industry landscape;
At least 5 years experience researching and developing search
engine systems and services, especially core search technology;
Experience designing a large-scale search engine, or designing
a major aspect of a search engine such as a crawler, indexer, or searcher;
Experience designing or developing a large-scale distributed
network system;
Experience in large-scale data processing and high-efficiency
system designing;
Experience in information retrieval;
Deep understanding of Linux/Unix;
Strong work ethic: highly motivated and strong leadership
skills required;
Minimum of a B.S. degree from a leading university required,
M.S. degree holders encouraged to apply;
Compensation for this position will be competitive with that
of our peer group in the China market.
