Job Title: Relationship Manager for Offshore Management
Work Location: 383 Madison Ave, New York City
Position Description: Relationship manager for the consultant and offshore
management programs. This individual will own the relationship with several
CDO's and be responsible for advising, coordinating, arranging,
administering, and managing all of their outsourced services requirements,
both for domestic and offshore vendors.
Function: Relationship manager for the consultant and
offshore management programs.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a single point of contact for all consultant related services for
the following Chief Development Officers (CDO's)
Advisor to CDO's for optimization and utilization of outsourced resources,
including offshore
Oversight and administration of policies and procedures for the use of
outsourced resources
Management of request for proposal, quote or information processes
Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement requirements gathering,
drafting and management
Knowledge transfer management
First level of issue management and resolution (both in internal and with
vendors)
Project management oversight of selected offshore projects
Vendor support (e.g., security access, ACF preparation, infrastructure
coordination)
Training and communication support (e.g., management presentations)
Site visit coordination and management
