HR DIRECTOR, ASIA #649026

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a senior HR professional to lead its HR strategy and activities in the Asia Pacific Region. Country responsibility will be Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, and India. Asia is the fastest growing region within NVIDIA, and thus we require a seasoned and savvy HR leader to help drive our growth and success. This position can be either Hong Kong or Taipei based.

As a key member of the regional leadership team, this individual will collaborate with global and local senior management to define the strategic direction of HR to support and deliver on the regional business objectives.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Drive organizational capability and leverage quality of leadership
-Diagnose current, and anticipate future, organizational challenges in line with global business strategies
-Develop creative and effective solutions to resolve critical business issues, with an emphasis on worldwide, cross-functional dependencies
-Lead resource planning and all recruitment and talent acquisition activities
-Implement appropriate learning and development programs, leadership development, and succession planning
-Oversee and lead effective and efficient HR processes
-Coach and develop managers to work as a cohesive and effective team; building
-Consult with management on group dynamics and team effectiveness
-Partnering with Corporate resources, ensure appropriate rewards and benefits programs
-Ensure effective and efficient on-boarding programs and processes
-Provide inspirational leadership to the regional HR team; ensuring that the team works in partnership with the business to deliver high quality HR services and best in class approaches

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Experience
-A minimum of 10 years in senior HR management roles with a successful track record of business partnership and delivery
-Proven leadership capability and able to manage, develop, and grow the HR function
-International experience within the Asia Pacific region; multi-country experience is highly desired
-Ability and experience in engaging with senior and executive management; demonstrating courage and ability to challenge conventional thinking and bring new ideas and creativity
-Strong mix of strategic and operational HR experience
