Proactively seeks to maximize returns from both domestic and regional cash management Implementations
Supports domestic implementation projects as well as regional deals requiring China’s participation
Participates in deal teams (for large and key RFPs) to assist Sales/RM to close deals with major customers
Prepare accurate and quality MI Reports timely to track implementation performance
Endeavour to apply transition management and do cross selling during implementation to ensure smooth on board experience and acquire more business
Manage the operational risks inherent in PCM China and reduce the level of operational risk losses and protect the Bank from foreseeable future losses
Ensure that HSBC’s proposed solutions comply with external practices and regulations throughout the region and that suitable cash management solutions are delivered within agreed time frames to capture revenues at the earliest opportunities
Contribute to the enhancement of the team’s productivity and sustain high quality client-centric service culture
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree and above
• 3-5 years banking experience in client facing related working experience, corporate customer implementation experience is preferred
• Good sense of corporate banking client behavior and operations
• Sound knowledge of local ordinance and SAFE regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with personnel across functions
• Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Work independently in problem solving
• Good command of spoken and written English and project management skill
• Good analytical skills and computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, word and PowerPoint.)
• A good team player, proactive to render support to coworkers and can work under high pressure
