Report to COO, Australian
Leading a team of 60+ persons

Responsibility:
Communicate, Define and Implement on the strategic IT Vision and Solution related to the company overall business strategy. 　　
Ensure the effective utilization of the IT resource, to achieve the overall business target on revenue growth, profit and cost down etc.　　
Build and develop the IT technology and the capability related to the company business.
Use IT technology and standard system to roll out to other Business Unit or Subsidiaries in short time.
Define and execute the company IT policy, Standard and share service.
Understand the specific need of industry nature and fast business growth, able to design a suitable IT architecture to support the business need and continue improve it through the cooperation with business stake holders

Qualification:
15 years above professional IT industry experience with corporate IT director level or above role in managing IT Unit.* Photovoltaic or semiconductor industry experience is preferred
Leading a large team of more than 30+ persons
5+ years people management experience is a must
Experience in software application development management
Experience in MES, manufacturing execution system project implementation and problem solving
Experience in SAP, CRM, SCM, BI is highly preferred
Strong supply chain business process development and management experience
Good expereince in managing large scale of IT professional outsourcing team including software development, helpdesk support, infrastructure management team
International exposure and enough to managing the business complexity
Oversea working experience is preferred
Excellent both oral and written English
