Resident Engineering Director will be in charge of Technology directorate in China, and the responsibilities are defined as follows:
• Engineering Knowledge Processes and Resources
• Products, projects integration and coordination
• Service engineering (fleet support)
• Coordination and Management support for materials engineering

Requirements：
Engineering Master, PhD or similar
10 years of experience working in engineering area, design experience preferred
5 years of experience working in windenergy branch
5 years of experience managing teams
Knowledge in design, product arquitecture tools
Command in English
5 years of experience in trouble shooting and internal and external clients solutions.
Minimum 3 years working in Chinese environment
Experience working in multicultural environment
