Take overall ownership and responsibility for Delivery Excellence (DE) and quality‘s E2E activities well executed in specific sector delivery portfolio and drive to achieve related Delivery Excellence targets and quality improvement initiatives.
Lead quality functions and ensure relevant activities like Risk management function (RM) for proposal review and delivery project health review, Process QA function (PQA) for process compliance and support in project launch and execution, Process Deployment function (PMT) for PSAT/Customer satisfaction (PSAT) and Quality Inspection function (QI) for quality content review and control to achieve org and sector specific Delivery Excellence targets
Own DE Sector / Industry based reporting and communication with Sector Lead, delivery practice area lead, account manager and GDC senior management team.
Be dedicated in Sector / Industry Delivery Excellence achievement and quality continuous improvement.
Drive Sector / Industry specific DE initiatives and action follow-up.
•Take overall responsibility of review activities complied with DE (PSAT/RM/PQA) business rule and audit requirement.
Qualifications:
• At least 12 years application Development or Maintenance experiences.
• At least 5 years direct project management experiences and 3 years direct Delivery Excellence or quality experiences
• Leadership skills with proven ability to lead/facilitate teams and drive to achieve.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach and train project teams
• Excellent accountable spirit, team work, communication and problem solving skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation facilitation skills in English. Can speak Chinese.Japanese skill level 3 or above is advantage.
• PMP certification is required.
• Familiar with CMM/CMMI complied delivery process.
• 6Sigma/ISO experience is advantage
