• Assist in deploying globally consistent Asset & Inventory tools and processes
• Ensure/ verify that global asset & inventory processes are being followed in the region
• Provide Asset & Inventory related information when requested Hold regular Asset & Inventory related communication sessions with local site managers (to keep them up-to-date of any changes)
• Participate in Asset & Inventory team meetings
• Participate in Asset & Inventory corrective actions activities (when required)
• Acount for all Assets operated or within the scope of GM OnLine
• Validate inventory and ensure modifications are made as required
• Ensure customer has access to GM OnLine Asset information (via GVA and RTPGAA Tools)
• Conduct audits to validate the accuracy of Asset data
• Resolve Asset data discrepancies brought to attention by GM and/or RTPGAA team
• Validate Asset data is accurate and complete in support of the monthly invoice submitted to the GM customer
• Manage Regional Infrastructure Refreshes
• Maintain Accurate inventory as per the Service Level Agreements
• Manage and track SW Licence procurements for GSC32 including all projects
• Understanding of Global Software contractual agreements
• Co-ordinate SW rollouts\updates with request management of licences
• Liaise with Global Online team for any AP region requests
• Contact point for SW maintenance renewals
Basic Functions:
The Regional Asset/Software Management Lead will report directly to the GM OnLine Asia Pacific Regional Leader to facilitate the delivery of:
• Deploy Global/Common Asset and Inventory tools and processes
• Facilitate the delivery of global objectives to provide GM with 100% Inventory Accuracy
• Coordinate and implement Regional Infrastructure Refreshes
• Develop sustainable software licence procurement and renewal model in alignment with Global/Common processes and theory.
• Provide single point of contact in AP for GM customer for Asset Management, Inventory accuracy, hardware procurement, hardware leasing and software licensing.

• Project Management (min 5 years)
• Fluent Oral and Written English
• Willingness to Travel as required

• Interface with GBM team in AP and Global as required
