Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The role requires strong business acumen and strategic agility, a good drive for results and superior quantitative skills. The principal duties are:
1. Work with business intelligence team and the pricing teams to create a quarterly guidance package for unit growth premiums, PRUs (product revenue per unit) and PMUs (product margin per unit) for the country marketing teams based on analysis of market growth data and pricing and cost trends
2. Prepare a comparison of country quarterly plans to review the key plan metrics and identify opportunities and risks
3. Represent the APJ-wide small business marketing perspective when setting the strategic direction of projects to be implemented, including understanding and bringing together local business needs to shape a single regional strategy
4. Define the marketing parameters in the strategic project plans and investigate regional/WW best practices and incorporate them
5. Effectively communicating plans and implementation phases
6. Providing accurate reporting to the leadership team on project progress
Requirements:
5 years or more of professional experience, preferably in Marketing, Consulting, or Corporate planning
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excel modeling and Powerpoint expertise
Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams across multiple countries
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
