EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree minimal, major in Computer Science
preferred
- Good sense of technical quality of solution
- General knowledge on netweaver/application product
- Good and effective written and spoken English
- Good people communication and presentation skill
- Strong team players who learns and adapts quickly
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Manage long-term support relationship with strategic accounts
- Be trusted advisor on support and customer's advocate within
- Manage premium support engagement delivery, with focus on
technical quality
- Assist sales in marketing/positioning operation standardnd &
premium maintenance
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimal 3 years experience either in customer's IT or as
consultants
- Experience in operation of large solution is an advantage
- CCC experience using ITIL framework is an advantage
