Drive business by sales and marketing data analysis.
*Make quaterly sales and maketing plan to grow Home&Small Business Segment business.
*Forecasting quarter plan and analyse issue and recommendate actions.
*Drive and fix daily and weekly business watching various sales and marketing metrics.
*Organize working team with sales and marketing team to drive the business plan effectively
Qualification
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5- 10years significant experience
in Marketing/Finance related field. (MBA prefferd)
*Strong conceptual and creative skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
*Strong data drivend analylitical skill and logical thinking
*Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
*Must be a leader in tactical execution and have a good eye for detail.
