Finance Controller in China
Annual Salary Package: 500,000—800,000 RMB
Position Location: Center of city Shanghai, China
Report to: 1）Regional Finance Director(British), based in Hong Kong 2）Frontline Business Head (British), based in Shanghai
Management Responsibility: Lead a team of 16 people
Traveling Requirement: Occasionally travel in China and twice a year travel to oversea(Korean, Japan and Europe)
Future Career Development with the company: Regional finance director, key finance position in worldwide office

Key responsibilities 主要职责:
Execute group policy, support the transfer progress of representative office to WFOE, involve into strategic management with GM. 执行集团政策, 支持公司主营模块机构由代表处向独资公司的转型, 参与中国区高层管理工作。

To design and implement internal Financial System and Tax Policy to support 30%-40% annual business growth，Strengthen administration & coordination of four business units’ finance dept. Strengthen coordination with other dept.企业内部财务制度的设计与建设， 提出税务政策， 以配合公司业务每年30%-40%的增长。协同沟通集团下属四家机构的财务工作，领导其财务主管人员。部门内部管理及协调；与其它部门的协调。

Financing, cash inflow and outflow management and risk analysis. Financial planning & budgeting. Budget performance review. 资金的筹划与使用及其安全风险性分析。进行财务计划及财务预算、财务预算执行审查等工作。

Key requirements
1. Good sense of organizational awareness and strong business sense.
2. Proactive and sophisticated interpersonal communication skills with multicultural mind set
3. Have strong local experiences in WFOE, JV, and representative office. Having experiences handling company transferring from representative office to WFOE is preferable.
4. Familiar with local tax and finance operation and internal control, finance analysis
5. Service and commerce industry background is preferable
6. At least 10 years’ finance experience. No less than 5 years solid working experiences in finance managerial positions in multinational companies
7. Excellent English capability with fluent oral English speaking skill
8. Able to handle pressure and adapt changes.
9．CPA and ACCA are preferred
